We here at the Cork I.T.F. offer students an alternative option to the many detrimental activities available in modern society. Students, of all ages, get to meet new people and improve their health in a fun, creative, and controlled, environment.

We have found that our teaching methods allow all students to enjoy training in age specific classes while also developing confidence through fitness, self-defence skills and healthy competition. Young students will learn teamwork and leadership skills while improving balance & coordination. As they move up in our belt system, they will learn that success comes to those who work for it, and they will build a personal 'tradition of winning' by setting goals and achieving them. Everyone will do this in a safe environment and have fun while they do it.

Affiliated with the (International Taekwon-Do Federation) and the (World Association of Kickboxing Organizations). A full member of the (Irish Taekwon-Do Association) and the (Allstyles Kickboxing Association of Ireland).

Recognised and Endorsed by the Irish Martial Arts Commission and the Irish Sports Council.
